It's gonna take a lot of drugs for someone to buy them for that price.

He's better than he looks, ain't he?

Shame he's not a voyager class though.

Alternator Sideswipe bought, all minty fresh from a Yank toyshop. Should see it first week of December.

That's all the alternators I'll be buying this year now I think. I still need to get Classics Cliffjumper and Grimlock, so I'll be getting them next. Then that Railracer set and maybe movie Ironhide.

That should carry me into the new year at least.

QFT

RiD Railracer. I'm not a micromaster combiner man, and I've been meaning to pick him up for a year or so.

Found a dealer selling him for £25 as the Japanese Car Robot set too.

Hi guys,

I just joined today because I wanted to be a part of the crew! I've been watching this thread for a couple of months but I've decided to stop lurking and get involved.

For my first question, has anyone seen Movie Scout Armorhide or Elita One around? I know Woolies would be the place to go but all we have the in stores here are Strongarms and Clockers. Anyone else had any luck?

Thanks guys for encouraging me to join up! :)

Warning: Seibertron contains nuts!

Welcome to the madhouse! :P

Sadly no such luck around here, have you tried their online shop?

I'm thinking of volunteering to help out at Auto Assembly - would be a good experience as well as padding out the ol' CV a little. Anyone done it before?

Thanks for the warm welcome. :)

I can't find either of them online for the same price as other scouts at shop retail.

I think it's pretty much pot luck getting hold of those two.

While I haven't seen the Elita One yet, I was lucky enough to find the only Armorhide in the Woolworths- hidden behind the rest.

All I can suggest is to poke your head around once in a while and hope for the best.

Welcome to the fold. Go con in version 2 and all that.

Should receive alternator Sideswipe in a week or so. I've heard that the seller is a bit slow on the shipping, but that doesn't bother me as long as it comes in good condition, and is here before christmas.

Nothing to buy now except the last two classics I need and that Railracer set. Been a good year for me transformer-wise.

You play HMW Master Blaster? I used to be a hardcore fan years ago, but with the reset coming there seems little point in playing. I throw my 'cons in now and again for larks, but I will still keep my allegiance come V2. It would make very little sense to have Tantrum and Headstrong change sides :P

Yep! Atm I'm just throwing em in missions and chatting in HMW GD and Darkmount and RDD homebase, but when V2 hits I plan on becoming a major player.

It may not really be worth playing atm, but make sure you have 12 cons and play in V2. V2 actually has a storyline and everything!

Congrats on getting canon names.

I bought Mirage off of Maniac23 a couple of months back, I'm buying the Sideswipe off of a shop on ebay.com called tonsotoys, and I think I may have found a Smokescreen too!

Hoorah!

hi there!

i gave up on finding Elita-1 in bricks & mortar and hit ebay.
if you have a paypal account then there are several USA sellers you can pick her up from inc shipping for the UK retail price or less. I paid 50p over UK list for mine but the next day found 4 auctions no-one bidded on for a little over a fiver with shipping. Just remember to turn worldwide on in the search options.

welcome to seibertron and the ODB!

That was the original auction, but I doubt there's any point looking now.

I just did a search of his shop, and it's empty now!

I'd keep checking though, he'll probably do a restock soon.

Best advice, look every day.
I was looking at a KO Prowl auction when I found this guy.

Two questions: what's Starscream like, and how much are you selling him for?

Alright Mr Smartypants, enough of the attitude :P

Might be winning a couple of eBay auctions for some knockoffs - the seller lives locally so I can pick them up and save jillions of pounds on postage :D

EDIT: Haha! Victory is mine - KO Defensor and Devatator for 99p each - and will be collecting soon! Hahahahaha!
