The one thing I don't like about is that he looks to have hollow legs. How poor is that? And he should definetly have clear plastic windows.

I just want my paypal stuff to hurry and get sorted so I can get Soundwave's minions from ebay and repro-upgrade Barricade and Blackout.

FP had encore Ratchet and Ironhide (2 each) for £33.99 which I thought was unusally 'fair' priced for that shop. There was a pair of guys commenting on what each of the prices of teh tf's should be, then had great trouble transforming slumblebee. But damn if it wasn't funny.

I thought about finding an extra cl Ramjet and 2 SS so I can repaint them and have all the seekers (except Thrust, obviously), but that would involve hunting down high priced stuff, so I won't bother.

Found the last spotlight blaster in Travelling man. Impressive artwork from teh quick glance of the first 2 pages, haven't read the story yet though. Only thing I'm holding for (other than cassetticons, dont mind if they're KO as long as they're in great condition and not too much) is the Hanky Panky Megatron. What are the odds FP will get it in?

In case you can't tell, I have teh Monday Blues.

Oh, and can someone describe this cl Sunstreaker to me?

Eh, I don't find his head so terrible, and it's clear it's somewhat mistransformed for the engine to be on the roof. (EDIT:- Scratch that, there seems to be a post where it attaches. Kinda stupid- unless it isn't meant to be an engine block, rather some kind of alt mode turret/satellite majigger.


I#ve locked my sights onto an Alt Prowl for £31 insured shipping, from a very nice fellow over at TFW2005. He's got a sale going on right now, and some pretty decent stuff going. And obviously he's a good guy to deal with (what with such low prices- he has feedback in case you were wondering).

I don't have a straight up link, but look for Soundblaster1's thread in the buy and sell forum there.


Yeah, I got teh monday blues too. I had trouble waking up and getting out of bed. Then I felt like quitting college all day. To top it off; while I was trying to read my biology book in the library, I kept falling asleep. The bad thing was I kept leaning right when I did so- so I was coming closer and closer to falling on top of some poor lass


I need a job now. I've seen one going at the local safari park, so I think I'll work there. With £50 a week, I could buy all the tfs I still want/are coming up, and still afford that epiphone SG I've been eyeing up lately...

You'll do well to start looking now mate. Alternators are getting particularly hard to come by (especially for a decent price).

And I've seen alts like Mirage (before the recent infusion of stolen stock), Prowl, Decepticharge, Meister and Swerve go for upwards of £60.

The value varies, but generally they end up quite expensive.


Oh, and collectors doing sales are your best friends. You are guranteed a wide selection, and awesome prices. £31 for MISB Prowl? Yes please!

lmao, i just checked ebay, the only 1 they have is £26 (from usa) and its got bloody ages left on it first things first though, my G1 Blaster, and my encore and masterpieces come first, i can live without prowl, id just like him thats all lol.

Alt Prowl is next on my list, but he must be a rare occurrence here in the UK cos no-one has one on ebay (unless one got put up since this morning).

Insurgent, if you really want to see it then go to the discussion thread about it, and on the last couple of pages there's a link to it - apparently the same pics are now in the newest toyfare issue so I think the whole deal with hosting the pics may have died down.

That Prowl on the UK page is from a US seller, right? That guy won't do international shipping from what I've read on one of his other auctions. I don't know why he put it up there.

im actually growing more fond of sunstreaker (only in his alt form though), onslaught is deffinately on my shopping list though. Ive shipped a lot of things over from the usa in the past as i like to keep up on us sports, and i dont mid doing that if i have to. I do have to ask, why do we get so many naff figures compared to the good ones. I never saw a single prowl over here when the alt's were released (was he released over here) i managed to get shockwave and smokescreen and blue streak. i saw one or two others, but they were pretty naff ones. same for armarda/energon/cybertron, the shops even from the day of release have tons of the meh figures, and the real good ones they have about 3 in stock!!!! Annoys the hell outta me

I missed on Alt Smokescreen first time, because I'd forgot my wallet. Man do I wish I had my wallet with me. I've still yet to buy him. Although things are starting to look up a bit tf-buying wise; what with TFW2005 having so many good sellers (and of course ebay).


I remember wanting Energon Wingsaber really badly, as well as Mirage. Thankfully, two ODB members helped me out with those two.

the only problem is the nearest place that sells tf to me is about 15/20 miles away, and its a bit of a jaunt going up there to see the same crappy figure (atm its tracks reissue and has been for months, along with all the cheap movie toys) not even the deluxe
