Apparently the Home Bargains stores (there are no stores in Scotland) have wave 1 of the 10th anniversary Beast Wars figures (Dinobot, Rattrap and Tarantulas) for £5.99 each.

I went away to Boston at the weekend to see my parents. On Saturday I went shopping and saw Titanium Rodimus Prime on sale for £15.00 in Oldrids, "Boston's Own Department Store," of which there's only one other branch in the country. Deadlines upon my brow, I had no time to purchase him, and decided to buy him on Monday.
But come Monday, I find the shops are closed! It's a small market town. It's bank holiday. There will be no TF-related purchases this day. Of course, I had to leave Boston on Monday night to get back to Reading for work on Tuesday. I've searched Reading. No Titanium Rodimus. I'm at work in London. No Titanium Rodimus.
Will I ever see this fellow again? Why are there five sitting in some market town in one of England's most desolate counties, and yet I can't find one in the South East, in our disgusting capital?

You need to set some traps!
It's difficult. He looked so shiny and good in his packaging, too. Now I have Buyer's Remorse for not having splurged at the right time.
O well, kudos to Oldrids' stock buyers, though.

It's funny isn't it? Some stoopid little hamlet of farmers in nowheresville will have tfs city dwellers only dream of finding.

As in the Isle of Wight? Man I miss my days in the IoW. First 13 years of my life were spent there.

Yes, as in the IoW. She lived in Whitwell for decades but moved after her husband died.
I'm not sure if there's a Toymaster near me. Do they have a website?

My Disgruntlement has lowered slightly today with the arrival of my KISS Sparkbots. Nifty little buggers and I didn't have to pay through the nose! Yay!
