(It should be noted that a movie that's bad by Disney standards is still better than the majority of movies out there).

Aside everything past Lion King, save Hercules, there have been a few bad ones. This does not include Pixar's films.
Black Cauldron comes to mind. It originally had a run time of 8 hours but got cut down to 3, per Eisners orders. It was so bad there has been no Blu Ray release and I do not believe it was made available on VHS. It did come out on DVD. Had Disney's following film not been a critical success (Little Mermaid), likely animation in America would be dead, so not even the Simpsons would have seen the light of day.

Actually, Great Mouse Detective was the movie after Black Cauldron. Little Mermaid didn't come out until 1989.

That one was pretty good, but I was talking more about the fairy tale based ones, especially with the princesses.
