I was just about to make a topic on this,
I want to make a logo with my avatar as the decepticon logo,
Kinda like a cut out in the shape of the Decepticon logo which system/program would i create this on?

I use Paint.net, its a lot like a cross between MS paint and Photoshop, I took the two small images in my sig from other pictures and pasted them in (with some trial and error).
And there is The Gimp as well, not used that one but it seems to be quite popular.
Oh and I should point out these two programs are Freeware/Opensource, just Google to find them.

Personally I use Photoshop CS3. But that fella is quite expensive unless you upgrade from an older version.
