I know of Straxus because of Walky being something of a fan of him, and myself being something of a fan of Short Packed.
Still, I had to go look him up on the Transformers Wiki to remind myself who he is.

Not too obscure, just seems the kitbashing forum is populated with more "modern" fans rather than old fogies like me who grew up with Marvel UK.

I would love to see it for real as the pics just don't do it justice. But it looks great!

He's talking about the head (so to speak) of the Machination, just in case anyone hasn't figured it out yet (SPOILER) Scorponok.

Nice take on Straxus, although the green in the jar looks awfully opaque in the pictures and it's hard to make out the detail on the head itself. Not something that I've seen done before, so kudos on a good execution of an original subject.

These kids today, not knowing of Straxus? Remember your roots people!

Unless he was in the G1 cartoon (which i have yet to see all the episodes of) then some of us arent gonna know about him, as we dont collect comics.

You're right, it could be a little more transparent - But it does look clearer in person. It was important for me that the sphere would actually look like it was filled with some liquid. Thanks again, in any case.
