I keep thinking about a Devastator with no added combiner parts, or at least severely reduced.
I wonder if he would look too skinny if his fore-arms were made out of the tank treads of his arm bots. then his arms wouldn't look as thick.
also, have his thighs made out of Long Haul's legs, the two halves of his truck bed. I suppose you could compromise and keep the head and hands separate.
