I love Rapido, and the mods you've made look fantastic! Are you going to redoing his face?
And who's the Windcharger repaint behind him? For some reason I can't place it...

Pretty.
Sounds like you're doing all the Axelerators, is that right? What stages are you at with Zap, Skram and Hotrider? I'll hazard a guess that Zap's a Corvette, Hotrider's a Jeep, and Skram's an S2000. How close am I..?

with Turbo Fire Am using a Spare Hound in whihc i will need to make some Mods to the Car and bot Modes. Skram and Windbreaker will be done in due time as i am getting discounts from some places on Tracks Alts Now so $11's is not bad for them

Oi. It's not Turbofire and Windbreaker (what kind of stupid name is that anyway?); it's Hotrider and Zap. Have some pride in your Englishness, son.

So I was right on the moulds so far, then. Which one's the Tracks, and what's the other going to be? Or are they both going to be Trackses?

That's 'cause most of them are American sites.

I'll get my bio cards and snap 'em.

EDIT: Here you go; bios from the UK release Axelerators.

Hotrider (alias Turbofire):

Looking at the figs again, Hotrider might work really well from an Alt Prime too; the G2 version's actually a pickup. But the Jeep's looking pretty tasty anyhow, and the robot mode looks much more like him than the Ram would've. Actually, considering how G2-accurate you're getting them so far, I'm thinking Skram would look wicked made from the Mazda mould. A Shockwave (with new head and hands, natch) should be a doddle to repaint.

I really want to pick up Cyb Dirt Boss to replicate my Skram digipaint...

The problem there is that with the originals, as with the Alternators, the gun became their engines. Rapido?s car mode had the engine in the back like some european sports cars do. The Subaru has a front mounted engine. Your weapon for this Alternator looks like his engine and transmisson in one, and really should go under the hood, not attached to the back end.

this is a Good Point but Also With the Subaru it was never a Open Top so i guess its a whole new concept in the First Place

Not really, it?s just called being a convertable. Also, given the fact that it has back seats of sorts, putting the engine back there won?t work regardless.

Actually, I've just compared Skram's head with a pic of Alt Jazz, and they don't look too different. If you just remove the visor and file down the 'horns', you should have a pretty respectable Skram head.

See?

By the way, are you giving them pink eyes too, as is right and proper?

Oh, wow. That is an awesome paintjob, seriously. Hat's off, my lad. 8)

Out of curiosity, how are you applying the paints? Are you doing a lot of preparation work before painting them on, and sealing them after? It's just that I have a lot of problem with rubbing on these things, and I'm wondering if you've got round it.
