Hi everyone,

I have been it seems going at lightning speed working on customs........first, my ALT Rumble (Blue) And minor repaint of Frenzy to my MP seekers of Thundercracker and Skywarp.......Well, I have MP Starscream drying right now ready to assemble thereafter, but in the meantime, I wanted to share this new one with the fans.......it's still a work in progress but almost done.......

Behold........ALT Cliffjumper!

If you paint the inside of the head 'flap silver, it'd be just like the G1 version.

you know, normally I don't suggest this with Alts, but he looks like the paint is muting some of the detail lines. You might want to do a wash over the thighs and head to bring them back out.
till all are one.

Now that has gotta be the best Alt Cliffjumper head I've ever seen. I hope that your finishing details include painting the details in his hip area. It's a little bland right now but I suspect that you've already thought of that.

Nice! I always thought CJ should be based on the same mold as Jazz. Seeing as they were both Porsches.

I love the shade of gray you used with the REALLY flat black. That probably brings out Cliffjumper as much as the headmod does. (and the red ;) )

Great job!

The paint I used was all Tamiya paints........bright red, NATO black (same I used on MP Skywarp), and German Grey. I thought this combination of colors really helped the look to leap right out of the animation cel. =)

Take care,

I was planning on doing a Bumblebee out of Jazz and a Cliffjumper out of a Ricochet, but after reading that, I think you're right. I may swap their bodies.

Sodawilly - curious, how easy was it to mount the Ricochet head on the Mazda? I think I tried it before without much luck.
