hi, i did this very simple mod to strengthen omega prime's torso and leg joints so he can maintain a decent pose. i'll tell you in steps.
STEP 1 - take out the 3 screws in the grey part of the torso. take apart and remember the small screw goes in the bottom hole (crotch area)
STEP 2 - take out the 2 screws in the dual ratchet joints connecting the waist to the top half. remember how you take it apart.
STEP 3 - after you remove the 2 round grooved joints, take a strip of ELECTRIC TAPE and cover the entire area centered around and over the grooves. then just press the over lapping tape around the sides of the round piece. (the tape acts as a soft surface that creates more friction between
the ratchet mechanisms)
STEP 4 - cut a long thin strip of tape (maybe an inch 1/2) and wrap the tape very tightly around the waist joint connector and over the very simple ratchet joint right above it with the same piece of tape.
STEP 5 - again make 2 one 1/2 inch long strips (about an 8th of an inch wide), then tightly wrap that around the innermost round section of the leg connector part.
STEP 6 - reassemble the legs and torso correctly (it is very simple), and you are done.

now your omega prime will stand tall and proud and stay that way. enjoy posing this awesome figure in several more dynamic poses he could not
