some critiques... in the bottom picture, his torso looks a little flat. the ring on his neck, especially. I'm not really sure what you could do to fix it though, as I see you did some rounded gradient shading. maybe you need to add some cell-shaded shadows or something.
also, his upper arm looks very large. ah well, it's still nice looking.
I like the mix of gradient and cell shading on the faces at the top.

edit.. I just checked out your other images, they are great. I have not seen them posted here before. Your work has that official look to it. Its far from my personal style but I think that you have exactly what the "market" wants to use (eg the transcon poster). The perspective mixed with colouring is a cross between oldstyle box art/instructions with more modern comics.
The Arcee outline is kinda hot

note: if your going to do commissions speak to Jaf and get a gallery and put that you accept commissions rather then post one image and say i could do you a drawing.
