Niiiice! I've been trying to figure out how to get Genesis, but if this is becoming a reality, well, time to sell off some of my collection to get both this and Genesis... :-?

Some might consider this bad timing with Titan Trypticon on the way, but considering that all the Titans released thus far have had far better alternatives released (Metroplex being topped by Utopia in all but raw size, Devastator being one-upped by pretty much every 3P Devastator ever, and Fortress Maximus being knocked into a cocked hat...by his own G1 toy) this may be a very attractive option.

Well, it's also a different Trypticon. We haven't seen pics from Has/Tak yet, but I imagine that one will be more in line with G1. (Unless, has Trypticon appeared in the comics recently?) At any rate, this is definitely based on the WfC video game.

Definitely WfC design from Planet X, which I'm sure will be vastly different than whatever HasTak provides. Last we've seen Trypticon in comics was a few years ago as a dormant volcano monster. I keep thinking it's the Maximum Dinobots mini-series because I seem to remember the Dinobots (Dynobots[?!?!]) being part of the story.

The teaser pics didn't quite do it for me, and I'm thinking because we don't get to see as much detail from a mostly black figure. Perhaps unpainted prototypes will get my attention, but I'm certainly not ruling out purchasing this guy just yet. Very glad that PX was able to figure out the logistics of prepping another huge figure to market.

That may have been my fault. I'm realizing I need to adjust how bright the slides are to compensate for the room. The master pics look great but I see a lot of detail lost between the projector and people taking pics of that.
