I may be a little late to the party on this but I just bought the first season of Robot Chicken on DVD(I don't have cable
).
Good God that show's funny!
Optimus Prime getting prostrate cancer. 
Soundwave as a transformer porta-john.
I think my absolute favorite is the
Halo/Donkey Kong one followed by
The World's Most One-Sided Fist Fights.On a side note. It looks like they did a little kitbashing for the Transformer characters.
