During episode 19. "Battle up of Wrath" i noticed something a little bit odd. at one part early in the episode a warning screen flashes up at Cybertron/Autobot HQ. I only partiatially noticed something was weird at first so i had to rewind and pause my DVD.
Written at the top of the autobots warning screen is:

"SEEING IS BELIEVING
IT NEVER RAINS BUT IT POURS
COME UP TO THE SCRATCH"

anyone know any reason for this or is it just the japanese crowbarring random english words into the screen to fill it up?

Maybe it's a riddle or a clue to some buried treasure.

I'll have to take a look at that later, I must of missed that. interesting...... maybe its code from the animators?
