oh, as a side note i met simon furman at the weekend and asked about whether or not there's any plans to involve combiners in the idw stuff. all he'd tell me is "wait for the optimus prime spotlight"

what else...... oh he's currently exploring the possibility of releasing the final scripts he did for dw.

he said that he got paid for some but not all, so it's a bit of a legal thing.

That is some interesting information that you got out of Furman about the Prime Spotlight. I can't wait to hear more.

I believe there is a topic related to a news article about the Megatron Origin series already going on though...

The DW stuff also gets its fair share of conversation here too. Mainly because many of us want to see the end of that first arc in DW's Ongoing G1, and also we want to see the end of the DW War Within third series, and as you found out from Simon, it has been stated that the unfinished and unpaid stories are legally in wraps, and are unlikely ever to see the light of day, unfortunately.
