Well, I'm an old fan from Italy --- I was born in 1977, so do your math. I was "there" when they first aired TRANSFORMERS in Italy (1984). Yes, I was a huge fan of Commander and Astrum - LOL.

I got a huge question. Here in Italy, Hasbro released the first 2 seasons from the RHINO masters, but totally redubbed in Italian this time with original names and reverb voices. So, now Commander is Optimus Prime again and we got new Italian voices. Not bad, the final result is gorgeous.
I was wondering: is the "transition" from 1-inch broadcast masters sequences to Rhino-originated masters (and vice versa) on the new SHOUT! DVDs ABRUPT or is it "coherent" and "fluid"? How many 1-inch sequences were inserted in each episode, by the way?
I suggested SHOUT! to re-issue the DVDs in the distant future this time featuring EVEN the Rhino-originated masters untouched, along with the "corrected" ones. So you can pick what you want, basically.
Maybe they can do that for a future BD release.
Just a thought.
