Hasbro Builds Programs with Leading Publishers to Bring TRANSFORMERS and MY LITTLE PONY Collectible Gift Books to Market for 2013 Holiday Season
LAS VEGAS, Jun 19, 2013 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Hasbro, Inc. HAS +0.30% today announced that it has signed publishing agreements with becker&mayer and IDW Publishing, and reached agreement in principal with Little, Brown Books for Young Children, to create and publish collectible gift books that blend unique storytelling with exclusive art based on the TRANSFORMERS and MY LITTLE PONY brands. Books will begin to arrive into the marketplace for the summer/winter season, and expand upon the robust publishing program for both of these brands.

The TRANSFORMERS and MY LITTLE PONY collectible books are expected to arrive on shelves soon with an approximate price range of $17.00 to $99.00.
