I was reading the Favorite Boss Fights thread and all I could think of were my least favorites, so I thought I'd tack on a rider for these pitiful moments.
My least favorite Boss ever was the last one in FF9. I can't even remember its name. All I know is I beat that boss with so little effort I kept waiting for the real fight to come, then the game was over after a bunch of lousy cut scenes. What a major disappointment for such a large investment of time.

The Ravager, from Jade Empire. He was the final opponent in the Arena. His attacks can't be countered, so he can hit you any time he wants, his health bar depletes very slowly, and he's unaffected by Spirit Thief. (Meaning I can only heal to to a certain extent) I had to turn it down to Easy mode to beat him.

My least favorite would probably be the Magic Master from FFVI. At least I think that was his name. It was the one that if you didn't have at least one character using jump at the end of the fight it would wipe your whole party out.
When the game first came out I had no clue how to win this fight, and even stopped playing it for a short time. Looking back on it now it seems kind of foolish. But that could just be from the multitude of games I've beaten since then.

Super-powered red hair-feathers Kuja?
Mine is probably Cloud from Kingdom Hearts. Sephiroth was fun, even though I kept losing. And the last boss on Chapter 1 of Armoured Core 4. He was impossible. I really suck at that game.

Every boss fight in Nightshade. That game was terrible.

Just remembered one:
Tabuu from Super Smash Bros. Brawl. He had an attack that could hit everywhere on the map at once. There is apparently a way to dodge it, but I was never able to pull it off. We did a double-team when we fought him, and kept losing for about an hour. Most of his attacks do insane damage, too, and if you can't dodge them, you'll go down very quickly.

Akuma from the SFA GBA edition. Twice as fast, and strong as any other character, inaccessable to play until you beat him, and takes hits about as well as a brick wall.
A close runner up is infinite Super Bar Bison from world Tour mode of SFA3. Still not beat him. Infinite super psycho crushers...ouch.

If that's who the very last fight in the game was. It all happened so fast. I can't remember much about the fight or even what the Boss looked like other than it took up half the screen.

That reminds me: M.Bison in Arcade mode of SFA3. He can just go to hell.

As in the PS1 version? Oh yeah, I do not like that guy! That's half the reason why I stopped playing the game(I did put a lot of hours into it though and got everyone but Shin Akuma, I think). Maybe it's cause I'm not that great at traditional fighters, but my gosh he is nigh impossible. I put the game on easy mode and 1 fight matches just so I could see some endings....

Agreed, I haven't learned how to dodge that one yet either. I'm sure I will eventually, cause I do want to acquire all the trophies. It just stinks that you can be doing pretty good for the match and then he just pulls out his super red ring move and kills you off with no effort in boss rush mode. Of course my frustration may be due to me not having memorized all of his attacks and patterns.

I don't think that was Kuja. Heck, I don't know why the final boss was in the game at all, it was just something that came outta nowhere. I have it on tape(yeah, I used to tape the Final Fantasy endings....), so maybe I'll find out what that guy was called sometime. He was really easy though, I had no problem defeating him whatsoever.

RE: Taboo
It's easy, so easy you're going to feel dumb when you do it.
When he rises up for the ring of death bit, get to the center of the platform and shield. While shielding, tap down just before each of the red rings hits you.
You'll side step and take no damage.
Do this 3 time in a row, in basic rythem and you win.
RE: Alpha 3 Bison
Not quite as easy, but still easy.
1. Don't jump until he exhausts his super. (Seriously, not once.)
2. Block and counter sweep until he exhausts his super.
3. When super is gone, wait till he launches his fireball, jump over and combo for win.

PSP version. I wanted a fighting game for PSP, and Gamestop didn't have Tekken 5.

Ninja Gaiden was made of pain. It was pretty, well done, the controls were well thought out. But the difficult was about as peasant as being shot in the nuts with a nail gun.

The big yellow Dreadnought from one of the space-flight sections of Ratchet and Clank: Size Matters on the PSP was rather annoying. Then again, so was Al Mualin from Assassin's Creed
