Right, as the title says. I want to have a Universe Starscream to turn into Leader-1 using that upgrade kit. So, with that in mind:
1) It can be incomplete. Hell, I'd prefer it to be incomplete. The upgrade kit comes with Null Rays.
2) It can have imperfect paint. Since it's all coming off anyway, it's all the same!
3) Naturally, an opened Starscream would be best.
But no scratched up figures. And it has to be Universe Starscream, so the plastic matches the upgrade kit.
