I've been trying to plan out my display and whats TFs I'm going to be getting in my mind for the past couple days. I want to make a ground battle and an air battle, but I cannot for the life of me think of any good Autobot flyers? The Decepticons have many, but it seems like the Autobots lack in that area.

Can anyone reccomend some good, easy to find Autobots for my armada?

Hm. At the moment, the only two who you might be able to find are the Target Exclusive Skyblast figure and Classics Jetfire/Skyfire. Though for the latter, you'll probably have to order online.
