Sorta new to the whole transformers toy scene.
Was wondering what is going on with the 6-inch Die Cast Titanium line...
Are there anymore G1 figures coming out?
Best Regards,
Ed
Update on the Die-Cast Titanium series please?

Because the line didn't sell well and some of the figure were of questionable quality that the short answer. I'm sure someone who was a botcon can give a more detailed explanation.

Serpentor "I am the one born to rule and destined to conquer. Let those who fear me, follow me. Let those who oppose me, die."

Ive got Prime and Megatron. Both great, but Prime and Magnus have really wobbly leg joints. Plus I've heard a few cases where Soundwave literally fell apart when they opened the box.
Its likely complaints like this led to cancellation.

I know, it sucks. I never got a chance to get Ultra Magnus.
NOT CANCELLED
While in SDCC, I spoke with a Hasbro spokesperson who said that both TITANIUM and Alternators were "up in the air right now". I asked him, does that mean the lines are dead, and he said NO. It sounds like they're pondering it over right now. With the sh**load of people wanting the SDCC Alt Hot Rod, and Ti Nemesis, they may consider that to be a sign of interest. Other than the ones coming out, no new molds are planned at the moment, he said. He did say that repaints are a possibility. We shall see...

There's still some yet to come out, they had a Soundwave repaint at BOTCON, it was Soundblaster naturally.
And we've also seen a WW Prowl figure, plus there's rumor of a Grimlock and Skywarp(Thundercracker repaint).
I like the Titaniums, they make nice poseable display pieces and give off a very different asthetic to other TFs.
I hope I can get a SDCC Menasor

That says it in a nutshell. Hope it continues alongside the Alts line.

Longs for the days of G1 where we only had to worry about Megatron, Soundwave and Laserbeak wanting to be Autobots, Swoop calling himself Tracks and Slingshot calling himself Slingslot!
