Last night I went to Walmart and they were reseting the place. They had of boxes, so I read all the Hasbro ones, and I found a box that said "TRA VOYAGER ASST 3" or some thing like that. I asked the Lady to open the box, but she said No. They also had a box of Star Wars TF's.

Heck I still would have opened the case when she left. Whatre they gonna do, arrest you? You didn't steal them and they will just be put out anyway. Hell if anything if you bought one or whatever they made money!

1.) He should've waited for her to go to break, then ask some unassuming employee who happens to be walking by, to open the case. Put on a bit of a sob story of waiting and waiting for the Toy Associate to help, but he or she can't be found. The other employee will say "Oh, no problem." Opened case, item ganked, happy fan.

Or

2.) if there's no cameras, or a spot with none to readily identify you, wait for their break, grab the case (when no one's looking, cameras included) and use your keys to open the box, grab what you need, neatly close the case back up and stack it back on the pallet pile.

Here's a tip for you, when working with the nightshift crew:

They work 10p-6a.
They get breaks every two hours. (12:00 for 15 minutes. 2:00 for lunch hour (full 60 minute lunch hour, too.) 4:00 for their final 15 minute break before the end of shift at 6:00)

Wait until one of those times (lunch is the most preferred) because they'll be out of your hair and the cases will be easier to get to.

Now depending on the work load and number of employees, those times may happen earlier, or later than the times I gave you, but generally (95% of the time, literally) those are the correct times.

Give it a shot, watch their work schedule, and once you get it figured out, the toys are yours!
