I preordered the Encore set from them and already paid in full. The only thing I have to pay for is the shipping but I have not heard back from them since I emailed them last week.
This is my first order with them and don't want to be screwed over. I know they are located in Japan but the lack of communication is just poor service. Has anybody ordered from them before? Aren't they suppose to contact you when the item is in stock?(there website says they received the figures on 8/9) Any info would be much appreciated.
Has anybody ever ordered from FantoFan?

I've used them before and haven't had any problems. On the top of his website he does state he was having email problems and has changed his email address to rectify this. Did you contact him with his new address? I also think Ryan (the site's owner) also only ships out on Saturdays.

Thanks for the info. I tried contacting him through both of his email addresses. But haven't heard back from either one. I know in the past when I tried contacting him it would take several days before I got a response. But haven't got one as of yet.
I would like to be a repeat customer but it is not looking good. I may go back to HLJ after this. If anybody on here ordered the Encore figures from him and has been or hasn't been contacted, please let me know. Thanks again guys.

I order quite often from Fantofan and the service is quite good. Sometimes it takes a day for a response from them, but it doesn't bother me.
