Another question about MP3 Soundwave

Postby SoundStang » Tue Aug 21, 2007 12:06 pm

Question on the memory card. I picked up one from Staples (1 gig) and I moved a couple of .mp3 songs over just to see how it would work, but nothing played. Do I need to format the card first, or move the music over via Windows Media Player or iTunes? I also noticed that the Rumble & Frenzy headphones have an adjustment switch to control volume. Do I need to get amplified headphones as well?

Does anyone who have MP3 Soundwave able to get music to play?? What did you do to transfer the media over? :-?

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Might have been the wrong MP3 format (Try a song with a bitrate of 128, 'though mine played almost everything else I threw at him, too, except for one song or two). I didn't format my card or anything, just threw a couple of MP3s on (via a generic card reader) and started Soundwave.

That's no volume control, that's the button to roll up the cable. Normal headphones work (he comes with a pair.)

Generic card reader + drag&drop, you have to hold the start button for about two seconds to turn Soundwave on (he blinks such a lovely blue).
