i just got a g1 jetfire and it has some yellow spots but otherwise good
any way to get them out..?

Not really, your best bet is to try Meguiars Cleaner Wax or some sort of non-abrasive compound. These are all car care products but plastic has similar properties to a car's clearcoat.
