I've never used BBTS before, but in my supreme want of Classics Prime and 20th Prime, I ordered from there because Hasbro's system sucks.
Is BBTS reliable or not?
BBTS question.

BBTS is pretty good. They are very reliable. If you live in Canada, like me, customs will kill you though.

I can't speak for anyone else, but I have had great service from BBTS. My packages always come within 7 to 10 days by Ups, and are always packed in bubble wrap with a fragile sticker on the box. I have been useing them now for all of my international transformers for the last 5 years.

If you live in America you should cancel that order and go to Wal-Mart. If you don't, find someone here to ship you one. My Wal-Mart had them for $19.96.
I already called mine, and I can't really just go, or else I totally would, if not just to see if they had Alternators.[/i]

BBTS is one of the best online shops period. I have bought several items from them over the years and always get top of the line service.

Agreed. Their customer service is one of the best in the business, hands down. Any questions? They answer them right away. Any problems with quality or receiving the wrong item? They take care of it pronto. Top notch, no questions about it.

A) No Site-to-Store for him.
B) Same damn price.
C) Any excuse not to walk into Wal-Mart is a good one. Last time I was there I saw 5 children on leashes, and about 12 being yelled at or hit. No thank you. Also, poop on bathroom floor, and barf in electronics aisle. The only time I'll ever walk into a Wal-Mart in the near future is if mine has MP Starscream. That's it.
D) I'd rather support homegrown online toy stores over supporting Big Box evil like Wal-Mart. It's quite obvious why.

Their shipping is good, 7-10 business days. And I have nevr recieved a bad product from them. However, they way they sometimes pack things can be better. I ordered Titanium SS and Titanium WWI Ultra Magnus, and they came in with the bottom of othe packaging bent inwards. Alt Rodimus came in tumbling around inside the shipping box. I'd still buy from them, but ONLY if I can not find it in brick and mortar stores.

Yes they are very realiable. Sure there prices are higher for more rare figures but its worth it. (09 BB 15.00). And They come in a box that always says fragile so your order dose not get bashed up. BTW Ups ground takes 7-10 days for you guys it takes my orders to get here within 4-5 days.

I just placed my first order with BBTS, and despite the $15 USPS shipping fee, I am VERY happy with my order. Even though the shipping box was a little bashed in (thank you post office), BBTS packed the toys in another box inside the shipping box complete with foam and the works. The toy packagings are so close to mint it's beautiful.
