nemesis prime problems

I've just got a hold of universe nemesis prime, and I'm having difficulty getting him to look presentable in beast mode(just doesn't seem to quite fit together) anyone else have this problem?

Firstly let me say kudos to you for actually sticking with transforming Nemisis Prime into beast mode.
I had the same issues with getting all the Mammoth panels aligned correctly the single and only time I transformed him to beast mode.
In the end I gave up, and returned him to his much better looking robot mode.

i know his pachyderm mode looks a bit lame, but i just kinda like it.
