I can understand the reasoning behind the item limit and the no traders clause, but "Non-returnable" and "non-exchangeable"?

Now I cant buy every single realgear figure and trade em for some of those new pokemon figures, oh darn.
Well damn that sucks, but my TRU never had anything worth getting really. Better pick up another Classics voyager prime to paint before they are sold out.

Just use an amex when you purchase anything. They can file a chargeback if TRU wont take back a POS TF. Its mainly to scare off resellers- thats it- kinda stupid.

WTF is this all about?? Makes me curious and I think I may go there after work and ask an employee that I am good friends with.
And it does not only read TF's but Star Wars as well.

Not a sheeple.
Think for yourself, don't let the magic TV box and social media do the thinking for you.
Question EVERYTHING!!
Just because you have a youtube review channel doesn't make you special.
I look forward to attending a Botcon soon only to settle matters with several idiots in person (yes this is a threat).

Un-enforcable.
I'd break that crap down and have a district rep on their ass before they even tried to pull this garbage.

They tried this with the PS3 and wii- worked in the wrong way- left out large families with more than 2 kids (most grown and living in different places). Resellers or "scalpers" will always find a way to get more than the allowed. The average joe will be hurt by such a policy.

I think the no returns is because they're sick of people putting in old unwanted figures in the new packaging. Sure it can be helped if your IQ is over 2, since most boxes have pictures of the toys right there and all it takes is pre school matching up to figure out if it's right. This has been a problem with Star Wars and GI Joe for a while. You'll see a 5 pack with the unwanted characters and then the one army builder will be replaced with some 1995 star wars figure.
Can't say I care though, haven't bought hardly anything from Toys R Us in quite a while. Their return policy is AWFUL to begin with.

Their return policy is the same as Target's now.
I believe the same parent company owns both of them at this point.
Target has one of the most advance theft prevention inventory systems in retail. TRU copied it.
