I've seen a couple issues of a UK-based Transformers magazine. It's new and only up to issue #2. I'm not really a big fan so far, as it's pretty much all filler junk and comics I read three months ago. It does have potential though.

it does have good charecter spotlights though, which they have not nicked from IDW. i got issue 3 today. nice little tale of rachet stopping a war not unlike cybertrons.

there is a transformer magazine.... ive only seen it at comic book stores and it just features comics of TFs.
