3. Decide.
For me, have never regretted it, especially after realising I could unscrew the gun from right hand. One of the most articulated robots in the line.

I'd say he's worth buying.
I don't own him *yet*, but that's because he's yet to see UK release. But the second he is released here, I will grab him and not let go.
One of the better figures in the movie line IMO.

IMO, it depends on what you look for in a TF. He looks great in robot form, but other than that I think he's just ok. A bit of a pain to "convert," as they seem to call it these days (and I even prefer a more difficult/advanced transformation,) and his alt mode is just so-so looking. I bought both him and Dropkick at the same time...Lorgarm because he looked really cool, and Dropkick only because he looked like he might have a cool transformation. After opening them, I thought Dropkick was by far the superior figure...he actually looked better than I had expected, and I was 100% correct about his transformation quality. Only negative, his bed cover/claw is kinda lame...I'd prefer to be able to attach it to his back or something since it looks ridiculous as a weapon.
Sorry for the pimp job on Dropkick...the question was about Longarm. If you weigh your decision on looks, specifically robot...he's a sure thing. If it's more transformation or overall...IMO he'd be a disappointment if he didn't look so damn cool as a robot.

I don't have him because he's out of scale with the other Autobots but other than that I hear he's great.
