they are already out in the big malls in Metro Manila, and they cost PHP 1600.00, which is equivalent to about $ 35.00.
they're basically the same with the Cybertron releases of Downshift. Cannonball, Excellion and Thundercracker, with no paint or mold variations whatsoever.

Well, a good chance for people who haven't picked up those moulds to get them. With the exception of Thundercracker who is the balls.

Outside of ThunderCracker, these guys are awesome.
I like the story titles for these as apose to the regular, "Here buy two bots in one shot" ploy.

Search for the Pirate Moon just makes Cannonball all the more cooler.
Thanks for the added info zemper.
I recommend getting all these figures, even Thundercracker.

Many people dislike him for many reasons, usually high up on the list is the fact that he has an arm-gun, as you can see here.
Other faults often cited as bad articulation (usually because of gun arm) bad feet, trigger missile, has rubbery plastic missiles etc etc.
Personally I do not mind the gun arm, I like his colours head sculpt and have never had any problems with his feet.
Then again I like Backstop, when he is hated by a large majority of the members of this board...

The main problem with thundercracker's gun arm is that it doesn't connect to anything - ie there's no real shoulder joint.

I'm pretty sure I could take a guy named "Cannonball"

There's been a lot of these lately. It sucks to be addicted to versus packs when there's so much extra stock left.

Backstop is fun. He can flip Decepticons off with a giant robot rhino butt!
The odd thing about Deluxe Thundercracker is that he's inferior to Legends Thundercracker, which has a normal left arm.

If it wasn't for the fact that I already have three of the four 'bots in these, I'd be all over 'em in microseconds - the minute they'd be on eBay.
Still, the "Search for the Pirate Moon" pack name is cool and would make for an interesting sub-line if ever Hasbro would care developing it (PotC meets TFs.)
