I haven't been here on quite a while, but I did a quick search and didn't find anything on this. Nike and Takara have teamed up and made Transformers Sports Label. The one in this picture is Optimus Prime with Nike Free 7.0 alt mode.



I do remember seeing this commercial somewhere on here:

Maybe they're related. This next picture is an actual shoe that may be released by Nike:
