Arcee toy Question
Just a question about the Arcee toy, finding it on ebay there is one that is on an TF Energon card, and its listed in the toy pics section on this site under the energon toy line.. But then I also found the Arcee toy on a TF Universe card.. My question, is there any difference between the Arcee toys, on the TF energon card and/or the TF Universe card back?
Thank you for any help given!

I believe they are simply repaints, but I could be wrong.

The quality of the universe version is not on par with the energon version.
The universe version has A KO feel to it, while the energon verwsion is perfect.
Get the energon version if you also want better durability and your parts to fir right.

I was winning the pink Arcee, and lost it by 50 cents, because I wasn't watching it when it ended!!!

I got several Universe Arcees and they seem to be just like the Energon released. It's the exact same thing.
Same with my Chromia, just as sturdy.

I have universe Barricade, and Universe Windrazor, and I can tell the difference.
The real reason these toys were sold to the dollar chain stores because a majority of them were defective, so instaed of throwing them away, they were repackaged and sold to dollar stores at a cheaper rate.
Seriously, why would a $9.99 toy be sold for half price...9 times out of ten the quality is not on par.
After comparing castings of the energon and their universe counterparts, I have noticed, joints are off, bad cuts in the plastic, while they are sturdy, are not cut exactly the same as the energon counterpart. The plasic feels sort of KO ish.
While you may get lucky, and find a few that are exactly the same, it would be luck.
Get the energon version, leave the dollar toy versions alone.

The Universe G1 Spychangers are pretty sturdy too.
I could easily see some older TF stuff resold to Dollar Stores, a sale is a sale.

Often because they made FAR too much of a given toy and are squeezing every last dime they can out of the production run.
For example, I have several of the universe toys (about eight or so), and can't find any real production quality difference between them and any other Hasbro TF. On the other hand, there's a CONSIDERABLE difference between them and comparably sized knockoffs.
