Like the title says:

What is the diffrence between 20th Anniversary Optimus Prime with Electronic Base and Masterpeice OP ?!

I really need too know, since i have a choice too buy 20th Anniversary OP with base today!

Please give me seriuos answers since i have too buy it before 6:00pm !

The 20th Anniversary Op has much brighter colors than Masterpiece Op and its gun is blue whereas Masterpiece Op's gun is gray. Also, the smokestacks on 20th Anniversary Op are considerably shorter than Masterpiece Op and Masterpiece Op doesn't come with the base (which has the worst voice recording in history).

If I had a choice between the 20th Anni Prime or the new version with the electronic base I'd choose the first one.

The colours are too bright and a blue gun? WTF?!

Personally I have Masterpiece Op and I'm more than happy with him

I wouldn't pay more than $30 for DVD Prime. That is how much I paid for mine and it seems like half this board paid less. Scope out your Walmart clearance aisle and you might find a nice treat awaiting you. IMHO DVD Prime does not compare to 20th Anv Prime (who I got for $50 from the same Walmart aisle 2yrs ago), but he is well worth $30, even if you just want something to shoot with your pellet gun. I've never seen a real MP-01, but my MP-02 is on it's way from Tokyo as I type this.

Actually, if you have none of the above, DVD Prime is prolly worth $45 just for the shear joy of holding that mold in your hand for the first time.

Do what I did. Get both.

This works because, obviously, MP Prime is much nicer and you will want him in bot mode.

But what do you do with his trailer?

Enter DVD Prime +$5 for long smoke stacks off ebay.

Additional benefit: Now you have 2 Megs pistols, one for MP Starscream, and another for MP Soundwave..eventully.

hehe yeah, i'm just trying to find 20th Prime right now, though i already have masterpiece, which looks to me to be alot nicer
