1:24 transforming Toyotas

Blue
black
red
silver

Anybody else seen these before? There are three or four auctions up - looks like the same mold in different colors.

I've seen the Roadbot knockoffs, but they're in different scales than the Binaltechs/Alternators. These are 1:24, and seem roughly based on the BT/Alt Prowl figure's transformation.
I'm adding Kitbash galleries regularly now at the TFArchive. Stop by the Kitbash forum to learn more.

lol! shame they are a nightmare for movement in general as the figures are about the same size but dont have the movement as a alt. shame really i get them from pound shops over here. all die cast metal so thats a nice point to them.

I've got some smaller ones that I think are made by the same company. They're probably the same ones Ratbat's referring to; the head design looks similar, and I've got a few of those guns from them too. The transformation even looks similar.
The cars you can usually get for two or three quid from places like Poundstretcher, with truck versions going for four or five.
The fact that they're die-cast is nice, but the articulation's barely G1. It might be possible, though, to use them for an Alt/BT reshell, if you've got the right tools...
