G2 Scorpion watch

Weapon: Front-Mounted Anti-Matter Projector
So I picked up a junker lot and this neat little watch was included.
It's gold electroplated, says Transformers and Generation 2 on it.
Does anybody know what I would be able to sell this for?
It's in pretty good shape considering how old it is. Also, does anyone know how to open it up to see what kind of batteries it needs?

That's a new one on me, but it's very cool. Hope it still works when you put new batteries in it.
