Kneximus Prime - Now With Video

Postby glitched9700 » Sun Feb 01, 2009 1:00 pm

I haven't posted any of my knex transformers here in a while but with the new movie coming out I wanted to post my latest fully detailed version of my Optimus Prime out of knex. Just like my other transformers this is fully functional like the toys, you dont need to remove any pieces entirely to complete the transformation.

I put this in the toy forum so more people could see it. That's really impressive. Does it transform or is it a reassembly?

Weapon: Blinding Black Light Beam Gun
that's really impressive. I wish that I had the patience to figure out how to assemble that.

You mentioned "others". How many more have you made?

Thanks, I wasn't sure where to place the post because it is the movie version.
It is a fully functional transformer just like the toys. Everything stays attached when it transforms.

I have created all the Autobots from the first movie plus I have made a few others but I only have the Autobots built as of now.

You, good sir, are a genius. Let me say it again: genius. That's easily the most amazing building-kit Transformer I've ever seen.

I can't see the video here at work, I'm considering ditching to go home and see it!

Thank, I have much respect for legos becasue they are awesome so much so that knex have legos now. The real difference between legos and knex as far as making models goes is w/ legos its alot easier to color match what your building and can build very detailed smaller models. With Knex The bigger you build the more detail you can get with it. I have built the smaller transformers before and even then they are at least double the size of the toys if not bigger.
