Um ... was anyone else aware of an "official" Takara Scourge resin kit from 2006? I'm generally pretty good at keeping on top of everything that gets released but I certainly don't recall seeing this released last year.

Nope, no idea. I wonder how tall the figure is, it looks pretty impressive. I guess for $100 bucks, it should be.

It's new to me but my guess is that it's probably an exclusive from some big hobby show. Big companies like Takara/Tomy, Bandai, Toho, etc. regularly grant temporary licenses to 3rd-parties to produce and sell limited-production kits of their properties for the duration of the 1 or 2 day event.

Anyway, that is pretty sweet. I've never heard nor seen anything like it before. Was there ever a Scourge in the SCF line? If so, it would look like that.

Did we all miss this by some unknown force in the universe? I want this, but $100 is a little pricey for a Scourge modle kit. I prefer the challenging ones like Gundams. But hey, this is not very bad looking..................

I heard of it. I think it was at the Wonder Festival one year. Don't quote me on that though. I have seen it pop up on a couple of occasions on eBay though. $100 seems right.

I think that I have seen Cyclonus and Galvatron also. Not recently though.
