Where do you find robo vision optimus prime

That is voyager class optimus prime from evething I have been able to find out. So can anyone tell me where you can get him.

Plus, Target decided to mark him up. He's $25.00 instead of $20.00.
They must figure that since he is exclusive, that they should be able to raise the price.
