There was a buy one get 1 half price deal goin on so i got both!
i like prime loads more than megs. his legs feel useless in alt form...
primes cool though, apart from his random gun attachment.
BUT THESE EFFIN BOXES!!!! they seem to make em as awkward as possible these days to open without damaging them!!!
just got movie leader prime and megs from TRU UK.

Come on, the boxes are part of the fun. They make you appreciate the figure once you get it out. But they don't consider us collectors when they package them. I like to keep the boxes is perfect condition, but its hard now days.
I haven't picked up Prime and Megs...not enough £££. But btw did you happen to see if TRU definately have Voyager Ironhide?

I found that those twist ties have a special way to get them off. All you need to do is get the ends together and pull! They are twisted in such a way that they simply undo when stretched.
At least mine were and that the large ones Im talking about.
I really hate the little ones that they tend to clamp the arms and smaller parts in place with. Those that dont go through the cardboard but are really short and only just get through the plastic tray.

I love the gact Movie leader Prime can hold MP weapons.
Most recently I've been alternating bettween megatron's hand gun, and megatron's energon sword.
He's the best mainline Prime apart from Cyb Prime (obviously not counting such primes as MP/20th and THS).

I find it's a simple matter of slicing and tape on the box with a blade and then carefulyl sliding the tabs out. As for the ties, it's just a frantic yanking and pulling until they come away.

I just slowly dig the sleeve of the plastic and rip it open, then carefully take the TF out. Seems to work for me.

I use a steak knife & scissors cut my TFs free - wire ties & sticky tape be damned.
And I just ordered a leader prime, can't wait.

Heh I got them at the same time too last night, and your right the boxes were hell to open, I cut all the tape but for some reason the tabs wouldn't come out, after 10 mins of pulling the first tab finally came out and then the rest followed like dominoes.
About Ironhide though I saw him at TRU I just didn't see Starscream, not sure if this is news or not but I also got a Prime poster there too, they have a bumblebee , barricade and movie poster too.
