Question about RID Ruination
Does anyone know, or has anyone ever heard any reason for changing Ruination's U.S. release colors around? Those colors on the U.S. release always looked like crap in comparison to the Japanese release,IMO. Anybody got any thoughts or answers?

So they have a variation, and make colectors mad, maybe?

Leave it to Dead Metal to have the word 'Pronz' in his signature.

The original coloring for Ruination in my opinion wasn't bad. The weapons and accessories were tasteless. However, the repaints were pretty cool. I have the suburban camouflage and like it better. Still trying to get my hands on the winter camouflage set.

I've always wondered about crap like this and I think the answer is an annoying one.
They likely utilize whatever damn color plastic is laying around China in excess (cheap).
It's probably why such fun colors as diarrhea olive green and others found their way into Beast Machines and such.
Surely noone would intentionally use those colors during character design. (Right?)
