The meat and muscle of the Decepticons in Transformers: Prime will be making quite the addition to this year's popular toyline. Takara Tomy's toy panel at Cybertron Con 2012 in Singapore treats us with prototype images of Transformers: Prime Breakdown. Under the moniker of Operation Breakdown, this is likely the Voyager Breakdown listed on BBTS back in January. The figure is expected to be released this June. Check out the prototype below!

Well, I'm pleasantly surprised and shocked.
1.) He's a Voyager. (*queue up the Ratchet fans whining about Deluxes and Voyagers...*)
2.) He seems rather complex. (A welcome change of pace, seeing as PRID's been rather easy.)
3.) I know people are going to say not to worry, but I think it's fair to do so. Don't you find it at least a little odd that we're seeing a TakaraTomy solicitation of this guy and none from Hasbro. (I know, I know, YET. We haven't heard about it from Hasbro yet. Still, I present a valid point.)

I'm really liking this figure, but I'm very weary of trusting Hasbro with anything that looks remotely cool. Seeing as how this is the first TF line where I actually WANT to get the entire main cast, I think I'll preorder with BBTS just to be safe.
It's really a shame when the fandom is this gunshy about placing their trust in Hasbro.

One word....AWESOME !!! Looks like I'll be buying 2 Voyagers from PRID line. Skyquake and Breakdown. He looks amazing. Alt mode looks too bulky but meh that's fine by me since I always pictured him as an over-muscle decepticon.
PS : I dont mind if it's only by Takara since I have a local store that sells latest Takara toys. Cant wait for this guy
