I'm sure a 3rd Party company will make compatible energon cubes for Soundwave and perhaps make them better than the final product version Amazon is offering.

I don't understand the fad with the collectible coins in Asia. Can someone explain why Transformers toy collectors in Asia are also collecting "coins", which don't have any monetary value?

The urgent "pre-order scare tactic" doesn't mean anything unless there is a limited number being made. Same goes for video games and DLC.

I had thought about paying the extra $14 for these but like dabattousai said, a 3rd party or even Ariel (fakebusker83) over on TFW2005's board would make them on Shapeways. It won't cost much to make a plastic oblong to fit in Soundwave, we just need the measurements.

FYI, you should check out Ariel's shop, there are some awesome upgrades on there. I recently got a set of Scraplets there.
