News submitters cdavid3 and ssjgoku72000 have provided us with the links to Wal-Mart's sale pages for both the Optimus Prime and Bumblebee Weaponizers, and the Remote Controlled Bumblebee and Knock Out from the PRID (Prime: Robots In Disguise) toyline!

As you may recall, Weaponizers are the supposed "Leader" Class assortment for this toyline, though they're close to Ultra Class figures, instead. Each of the figures comes with light effects, plus button activated weapon gimmicks.





The Remote Controlled figures are small, Voyager sized vehicles that transform with the press of a button into a chibi style robot mode, along with being fully functional R/C cars.





All are in stock right now, available for shipping, and at the Wal-Mart price of $29.96 each for the Weaponizers, and $19.96 each for the R/C cars.

Also, a bigger Prime from Prime? Bout time and it looks pretty and shiny and has a real weapon too!

Waiting to pick up a Prime, think he'll scale nicely with the rest of the figures. I'll probably pick up Bee as well, but just for the gimmick.

If someone would announce weaponizer Megatron, that would kick so much rump!

Not liking the back kibble on OP, though.

BTW, are those shoulder cannons on both toys going to be deployed like that all the time, or can you hide/retract them?

They hide/retract with the push of a button/lever.

Thanks for the info. The more I look at OP, the more tempted I am to buy it. He's certainly no ROTF leader class Optimus, but not as bad as I initially thought.

I watched the majority of the one, the first one, I believe. He shows the full transformation sequence. I was left fully unimpressed. I mean, the choice is your's, I just want you to be fully informed before you spend that dough.

Autoibot032, I can't thank you enough for those reviews. I can't say I feel like buying it anymore. Those stupid shoulder cannons ruin what could have been a decently-proportioned toy. And the kibble on the back the truck...hideous! I mean, exposed arms on a leader class toy? Really?

Articulation seems pretty good. The faux windscreens, I can live with, as they mimic the CG model closely enough. And those are the only positive things I can say about it.

I'll save my money for other things.

I'll probably get the Bee for my son, who like all young kids is a big Bee Fan, but I'm gonna wait on Prime. Until I get solid proof that the First Edition Prime is coming stateside again like they said at SDCC, and won't be as hard to find as the first time around. I think The FE Prime is the best mold out of all the Prime....um...Primes......

I really want that Bee, but I'm not sure why. I hate the cheap looking front wheel pegs and the lack of side windows. I just think he looks like a cool figure to play around with though. I think I am going to try and hold out on ordering one online. I'd like to see it in person first. I keep checking the Kmart near my house, but they never have anything new.
