According to the Hollywood Reporter, Paramount has completed the sweep on studios switching to Blu-Ray. Can Transformers on Blu-Ray be far behind?

God I hope so, so I don't have to hear the whining about it anymore. You already bought it in HD or whatever. I can't see a re release of the movie in Blu Ray having a major change to anything.

Agreed. I already have it on HD since it was released. No complaints at all. I highly doubt the quality will be better nor will the eatures. It will all be the same. However watch out for those PiP features... A lot of you early Bluray adopters won't be able to access that on your 1.0 profile players. You'll need a 1.1 or 2.0 to access that. I own both PS3 Bluray and HDDVD hardware so I'm not biased, just saying.

I'm glad someone posted something about this. I am thinking of buying a PS3 soon, so theres my blu-ray player. But I was so concerned about when TF on blu-ray would come out I was thinking of upgrading my living room PC to play HD-DVD's so I could own TF in HD.

I don't think Blu-ray will be a whole lot different unless you have a TV that can do 1080p. HD-DVD can only do 1080i while Blu-ray can do 1080p...however most people who own HDTV's don't have 1080p capabilities.

I blame MS for causing HD-DVD to fail. Had MS included the HD-DVD drive in the Xbox 360, Blu-Ray would of been dead for about a year! Blu-ray ultimately won the war because everyone who owns a PS3 has a blu-ray player!
