Okay since we have all these new spoilers due to the comic reveal. Where do you guys think Optimus's trailer/ mech suit fits into the movie? You cant have that highly expensive toy released and not have it in the movie for product placement. I read some where that Shockwave might have destoryed it in the comic ? Also doesnt Optimus have to go to space as well?

The trailer is in the movie for sure. We've seen it on set. I think it will be used as Jetfier's parts in rotf but not just once. It would be pointless to have a mech suit trailer that can be activated only one time. I think that we've seen some parts of this mech suit in the trailer, where Prime rushes decepticons from air

Spoilerfying it for you:

If the comic (considering ROTF adaption was sorta dodgy when it came to the fights) is correct, Optimus fights Shockwave in the Mech Tech suit and I believe it is destroyed during that fight. Sort of like how Jetfire's pieces were brutalised and unusable after his fight with the Fallen.

There are still a lot of missing pages from the comic, many being during the invasion, so it is possible that it is used a lot early in the battle against Sentinel's Autobots and the Decepticons, it is definitely used to kill a few of them, considering we saw that in the trailer, which I think may be depicting Optimus destroying the Corrupt Autobots and Decepticons on his way to fight Shockwave.

The Mechtech suit is gone by the time of the final battle though, in the comics.
