further info I'll based my assumptions on:

Lockdown: A transformer who cannibalizes components from other TFs could give an unexpected advantage depending on which components are utilized

Death's Head: whose rep is match by his wits, strength, and Han Solo quick draw (From his appearances on Marvel Now's Iron Man). He's a master manupulater who even tricked Tony Stark into a trap, resisted enough mind controlling in the Iron Man title against a rogue AI until he was under the villain's control. He even tricking the big bad to issue a protection order so they can fall to their deaths until the order was recanted.

So unless Lockdown has a powerful hacking unit he's toasted

note I based all my info from the Gillan run on Iron Man so my info is at least cannon enough to show the chances Death's Head has in an actual Death Battle.

Well, even if Lockdown defeats Death's Head, isn't the latter in some kind of time displaced flux? He could, therefore, simply come back from the past and fight again. I suppose the DH of the Future would be screwed if a version of himself from the past dies, but I'm really not a time-travel expert.
