He uses his power to call all the fish in the sea, giant squid restrain the seacons, while all the other fish slap them with flippers or something.

Aquaman has a chance he's stronger than any of the individual Seacons and has taken a punch from an enranged wonder woman so he won't too phased by Piranhacon's strength.

The Seacons easily win this one.
Even with Aquaman powers to control sea life he wouldn't stand a chance, true a lot of the sea creatures are larger than the Seacons but they are just flesh and blood the Seacons would tear through them like nothing and if they did become overwhelmed then they would merge to Piranacon and obliterate all whom stands in his/their way.

Super strength, speed, resistance to damage, magical control of water and the second most powerful telepathy or any DC hero. Yeah... that sucks

Compared to other DC heros, yeah it's pretty tame. Even Batman has better powers, craptons of cash.

I think that Aquaman takes this. His telepathy might be good enough to control the Seacons. His strength and speed could overwhelm them. Additionally, he has other magic powers that could neutralise the Seacons in many different ways. [I just read the wiki.] Arthur Curry wins! [That's a terrible name, isn't it?!]
