A battle that I can't ever remember seeing in the comic or cartoon but would be the start of many a battle in my own mind -

Bumblebee and Cliffjumper taking on Rumble and Frenzy.

Who wins?


That's right, Rumble and Frenzy.

I think Bumblebee and Cliffjumper would win this one. It wouldn't be easy for them mind you, but they are smart enough and different enough to eventually come out victorious.

The two pairs meet. I imagine that Rumble would start shaking the ground and Frenzy would commence his awful screeching. Cliffjumper would race toward them as fast as he could (car mode). The ground would start to buckle so Cliffjumper would have to transform and run over breaking surfaces, trying to get close enough to use the glass gas gun. Bumblebee would approach the Decepticons too but not quite as fast as Cliffjumper. As the little red Autobot got within range of Frenzy, his brain would begin malfunctioning due to the sonic weapon. He'd just be able to use the glass gas gun. Frenzy's body would go stiff with the action of the glass gas. His sonic weapon would stop working and possibly fracture inside. With a last effort, Cliffjumper would fall on Frenzy and shatter him. Frenzy would die while Cliffjumper would be unconscious and brain-injured. Meanwhile, Bumblebee would get across the dancing ground around Rumble and attack. The earth movements would continue as Rumble's seismic disruptor engine kept working. Rumble and Bumblebee would wrestle in a deepening pit of disturbed soil and rock. It's as if they were in a swamp or bog. They'd be very dirty. Bumblebee would eventually prevail and knock Rumble unconscious because the Decepticon was using so much energon in his seismic attack. Bumblebee would call for help and soon the two Autobots would be picked up in a shuttle, along with their two Decepticon cassettes. Ratchet would have to repair many parts of Bumblebee and Cliffjumper.
