Snapdragon is much faster in jet mode. He has gyro guns to put Apeface off-balance. He needs a motivation boost, which his Headmaster should be able to provide. I believe that S is somewhat bigger and stronger, so he should win. However, he's also more likely to give up the fight and walk away. A might get a second chance.
If S has enough motivation, he wins. Otherwise, A could do a sneak attack and steal victory. A is more agile since he has an ape mode.
